By registering in the system and clicking the “Enrol me” button, you are not qualified to participate in training or development programme.
Information on recruitment results for training and development programmes will be provided after the verification of applications once recruitment has been completed.
Please bear in mind that most of the training and development programmes we offer are funded by programmes and projects which impose on us the obligation to fulfil the formalities and obligations of the University’s contracts, including those regarding the participants
The vast majority of currently available training and programmes are funded by the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme (Action V.3.1 Development of UW staff competencies).

Who can participate?
As part of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme, participation in a training or development programme is open to any person employed under a contract of employment/appointment at the University of Warsaw on the commencement date of the training or development programme and throughout its duration.
Employees of the University of Warsaw are allowed to participate in training courses and programmes on the condition that they participate only once in a training or development programme in the same subject area.
The organiser may set additional conditions for participation due to the specifics of the training/programme
The participant is obliged to:
- complete a pre-test and a post-test (competence assessment) on the Campus-Employee training platform. Participation in the training is only possible after completing the pre-test (unless specific rules in the training description indicate otherwise),
- participate in the training.
Once the above obligations have been fulfilled, it is possible to obtain a certificate of completion of the training (not earlier than 2 months from the date of completion).
